Dear McEachern Students and Families

We will host our first “McEachern Madness” Open House on July 22 and 23.  This event will afford you the opportunity to prepare for the new school year by managing some of the important back to school details before school starts.  During this event, students will visit campus by grade level to get their student IDs, order yearbooks, consider clubs and activities, acquire parking permits, class schedules, etc.  Details regarding dates by grade level and start times are on the back of this letter.

We hope you will be able to attend this exciting event. We will start each session with a brief informational presentation in the Performing Arts Center before releasing students to the various information stations.  

Teachers, Administrators, Beta Club and SCA Students will be available to answer questions. We look forward to seeing you soon!

FIRST ANNUAL MCEACHERN MADNESS

McEachern Madness will help students prepare for the opening of school by giving them an opportunity to take care of important details such as taking school pictures, securing ID’s, purchasing parking, and picking up schedules.  New students and ninth graders will have an opportunity to become familiar with the beautiful McEachern Campus.

• 8:00 brief student meeting in Performing Arts Center
• Have school pictures made (school-appropriate dress required)

10^th Grade - Wednesday, July 23, 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.

ALTHOUGH ALL 10^TH, 11^TH, AND 12^TH GRADE STUDENTS WILL BEGIN MCEACHERN MADNESS IN THE NEW GYM, STUDENTS WILL MOVE THROUGH STATIONS IN A DIFFERENT ORDER, ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN EACH LINE.   SCHEDULES MAY NOT BE PICKED UP UNTIL/UNLESS ALL OTHER STATIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED!
