Registration for New Students occurs daily 9:00 - 11:30 in the Guidance Office located on the on the Main Hallway, past the General Administrative Office. Mrs. McMillan is the Guidance Clerk Please fax requests for student records to the 678.842.6988
Items Needed for Registration 1. Two proofs of residence (rental lease, home purchase agreement, a power bill, Comcast, direct TV, tax bill, current drivers license with matching address, bank statement) 2. Immunization Records 3. Most Recent Report Card showing promotion to next grade level 4. If living with someone – see school personnel for additional information 5. Birth certificate 6. Social Security Number
