About Clarkdale

Due to our flood on September 21, 2009, Clarkdale students are being housed at two neighboring elementary schools.

The instructional program includes kindergarten through fifth grades. The instructional day begins at 7:50 AM and ends at 2:20PM. Both breakfast and lunch program are available to students. An After-School program is offered daily from 2:30-6:00 PM at a cost of $7.00 per day, with a one-time $10 .00 registration fee.

The staff consists of 48 certified staff members and 21 classified staff members. Clarkdale has one principal and one assistant principal.

Extra curricular activities include  band (4th and 5th grade students) chorus (4th and 5th grade students), After-School Tutoring for 3rd and 5th grade qualifying students) and F.A.M.E. (Family Achievement Makes Excellence) for ESOL parents. We have also performed a school play in the 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 school year.
