About Cobb Schools Foundation

The Cobb Schools Foundation, established in 1999, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the schools, staff and students of the Cobb County School District. Currently, the Foundation programs consist of academic scholarships to Cobb Schools graduating seniors, grants to teachers and scholarships for students in-need to attend the After School Program. The Foundation annually awards two $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors at each of the 15 high schools in Cobb County School District. In addition, it awarded almost $20,000 in IMPACT grants to Cobb teachers in April 2006 to promote creative and innovative ideas in teaching that would otherwise go unfunded.
