Since 2005, the Foundation has presented its own golf tournament, the Cobb Homecoming Classic. The Classic brings together teams of local supporters to compete for the benefit of Cobb's students and teachers. Many of the participants represented companies that do business with the District, strengthening the connection between the Cobb community and our schools. The 2006 tournament raised more than $43,000 for scholarships and grants.
