In order to meet the high standards for the principalship and to develop skills and knowledge required for today's school leaders, Cobb County Leadership Development designed and implemented the Principal Induction Program for new principals. This collaborative program strives to link leadership to productive schools to enhance student achievement. The framework is organized around the core proposition that the most critical aspect of a school leader's work is the continuous improvement of student learning.
