School psychologists assist in the identification and correction of learning
and/or behavioral problems of students by providing comprehensive psychological
evaluations. Psychologists are assigned to specific schools, provide consultation, and
serve as members of the Student Support Team, Core Team, and Crisis Team. They also work
with the Special Education Department in identifying and serving disabled students.
