| Minimum Requirements for
Manager-In-Training (M.I.T.) Candidates: |
- Must have a completed (or updated)
Classified Employment Application in the STAR system indicating the
current job posting number (when one is listed) for Food Service Manager-In-Training, and be cleared by Human Resources. (See link to online
application process below.)
- Must have at least a High School
Diploma (or GED).
- Must achieve a minimum score
of 80% on the M.I.T. entrance exam.
- Must meet other M.I.T.
selection criteria (score at least 90%) as determined during the
interview process.
- 2 years (or more) of prior food
service and/or management experience preferred
