Dr. Vicki
Stasiak, Assistant Principal
Welcome!
It’s always fulfilling meeting and getting to know new students
and parents in such a wonderful school community. As Assistant
Principal, I have many roles. My least favorite role is that of
disciplinarian. My most favorite is observing students get
excited about learning and teachers providing that experience.
Family is very important to me. I have a husband of many, many
years, and three adult children. Our son lives in New York, our
first born daughter lives in the area and has given us an
awesome granddaughter who is 16 months old. Our youngest
daughter is in her third year in pharmacy school and newly
engaged. Wedding plans are in the making! Oh! I can’t forget
about my pets. I have a chocolate lab named Duchess and two
cats. My husband and I adopted this small family 3 years ago
from a former teacher.
My professional teaching background included 19 years in special
education. Currently, I am in my seventh year as an Assistant
Principal. I surprised myself by going on for my Doctorate in
Education. It wasn’t in my long term goals but once I started
back to school for an Education Specialist degree, I found that
I loved learning and just got carried away! I’m thrilled to be
here at Garrison Mill.
