General Clinic Information

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday
from 7:30a.m. to 2:30p.m..

*  All medications with the exception of inhalers
need to be kept in the clinic with authorization
forms.

*  Students with fevers over 100, diarrehea, and
vomiting will need to be picked up from school
within a reasonable amount of time, and will
not be allowed to ride the bus home from school.
Students can return to school once they are
symptom free for 24 hours,  without medication.
Clinic Needs

Bandaids
Regular and large Ziploc baggies (snack and sandwich)
Disposable plastic cups (3-5 oz.)
Hand soap  
Peroxide  
Vaseline
disposable gloves (non-latex, size L)
Q-tips 
Cotton balls    
Bleach
red/white peppermints (individually wrapped)
Kleenex      
Baby wipes    
Feminine pads  
Snacks (juice boxes, saltine crackers, pretzels, cheese crackers, etc.)
Underwear (girls and boys sizes 4-16)
Gently used pants or shorts (elastic waist or adjustable please)
