Hillgrove Athletics
Extra-curricular activities are vital part of Hillgrove High School, and
I am very honored to serve as our school's Athletic Director. Through our coaches, our student
athletes have maintained a competitive edge in our county and throughout the state of Georgia.
A Hillgrove High School student athlete maintains success in the classroom and in their respective sport.
If you would like more information about a particular sport, please contact the head coach. Hillgrove
High School has partnered with PT Solutions to provide
excellent physical therapy treatment for student athletes.

Form Required for Participation
A completed Hillgrove physical form is required before a student is allowed to participate in any practice or event. This form is specific to Hillgrove High School.
The form should be obtained from the front office or the athletic office in Admin 5. You can download a copy of the form; however, if you print the
downloaded form, it must be printed on LEGAL size paper. For this and other reasons, we strongly encourage you to obtain a
hardcopy of the form from the front office or the athletic office in Admin 5.
Sports Passes
The Annual Hawk Sports Passes are now available. Download the order form. They are currently $40 for students and $60 for adults.

Passes can be used only for the individual that it has been issued and are
only allowed to be used for Hillgrove High School home games for all sports.
They are NOT valid for region and state competitions or playoff games.
They are also not valid for admission to middle school and junior programs.
