The mission of the Curriculum and Instructional Division is to increase student learning through the development and implementation of a rigorous and relevant curriculum and identification of effective instructional resources and strategies that challenge all students to maximize their potential.

Data Driven Decision Making
The Office of Instructional Resources oversees and facilitates the review and selection of all adopted instructional materials. In CCSD, the identification of effective instructional resources is a systematic, data driven decision making  process in which curriculum supervisors and teacher committees carefully evaluate and rate instructional resources submitted for review.
