The KMHS Media Center

The Kennesaw Mountain Media Center provides many services for the students, teachers, and community.  With a curriculum-based collection of books and periodicals, as well as awesome Internet resources, the media center is a hub for information and technology services at KMHS. The Media Center is open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  On Tuesdays, the hours extend to 6:30 p.m.  On Fridays, we close at 3:30 pm.  Students may visit the Media Center with their entire class. Individual students may also come to the Media Center any time if they have permission and a pass from a teacher.  The media center also welcomes students during their lunch period.

Checkout

A multitude of resources are available for student, faculty, and parent checkout. In addition, 26 networked computers are available for use.  In order to check out a book or a computer, students must have their student identification cards.
