Final Transcripts and Applying for HOPE/Zell Miller

Seniors, you must request a final transcript to be sent to the college you are attending. Student athletes should also request a final transcript to be sent to NCAA or NAIA, if applicable. How do you request one?

  • Add your final transcript request in Naviance
  • Request your transcript in the main office Monday-Thursday from 9-11 AM or 1:30-3 PM. Cost: $2 per official transcript.

HOPE/Zell Miller – you must apply!  It is not automatically granted.

  • Apply by completing the FAFSA
  • We also must have your social security number in the system, otherwise the college will not receive your HOPE funds

Counseling Office Limited Summer Hours

The Counseling Office will be open limited hours during the summer for new student registrations by appointment. Please call (678) 594-8190 to schedule an appointment. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Click here for documents required at the time of registration. Need to request a transcript? You may do so in the main office Monday-Thursday from 9-11 AM or 1:30-3 PM.  Cost: $2 per official transcript.

Parking for First Semester 2019-2020

Get all documents below or pick up applications in Admin I beginning July 24, 2019.

Parking Decal Sales & Pick Up:

  1. All prior tickets and library media fines must be paid in full before receiving a new semester decal.
  2. Go to mypaymentsplus.com to purchase. Print your receipt and bring it with you to pick up your decal.
  3. All Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores: Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (no students will be allowed in line after 3:00 pm)
  4. Parking permits will not be sold again until August 12th. You must see Mrs. Cappucci in the Front Office.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A COPY OF CURRENT INSURANCE AND DRIVERS LICENSE MUST ACCOMPANY THE PARKING APPLICATION

All-Sports Season Passes 2019-2020

All-Sports Season Passes for 2019-20 are available for purchase through MyPaymentsPlus.com, beginning July 24, 2019.

$60 for adults and $65 for students, includes Class Dues and All-Sports Season Pass

Purchased passes may be picked up in the Attendance Office. T-shirts will be ordered at a later date and may be picked up from the Class Sponsor (Seniors– Mr. Goldstein Room 221, Juniors – Ms. DeWitte Room 303, Sophomores– Ms. Ramsay Room 205, Freshmen – Ms. Oliveira Room 304).


Coach G's trips!

Don't miss your opportunity to travel to beautiful South Africa in June 2020. See amazing Johannesburg, Cape Town, Robben Island and go on a guided wildlife excursion in Kruger National Park to see the “Big 5.”

Perhaps you are interested in earning service hours while you travel to exotic Thailand? Coach G's "Make a Difference" Tour will take place in June 2021 and includes volunteering at a local school/orphanage, visiting an elephant sanctuary among many other incredible activities.  

Spots are limited for both trips. Come to Room 221 to get more information from Coach G or email him at Corey.Goldstein@cobbk12.org.. Don't go into summer with no plans, find out more now!


Certificate of School Enrollment

Certificates of School Enrollment are required to obtain both a Georgia Learner's Permit and a Georgia Driver's License for students under the age of 18. Certificates expire in 30 days.

Please process the $2 fee through MyPaymentsPlus.com.

Certificates will be ready for pick up in two days from the attendance office.

Publix Partners cards will no longer scan or be accepted by your local store.

Dress Code

Please remember-when shopping for school clothes, NO holes above the knees are permitted.

Shorts must be no shorter than six inches above the knee.
