If you missed your EOC test for the 2nd semester, please go to the main office conference to receive a pass to the make up sessions.
Make-up sessions will be held May 16th -18th.

Course extension will be May 29th – June 7th. Please see your teachers for more information.

The final exam schedule for Pebblebrook High School is as follows:

1st and 2nd period exams: Tuesday, May 22nd  

       3rd and 4th period exams: Wednesday, May 23rd

Each of these days will be half days and students will be released for dismissal at 11:30am each day.


There are specific procedures that every graduate needs to consider and follow.  Listed below are 2 of those procedures:

 1.    Transcripts – It is the students’ responsibility to request that their transcript be sent to their college, military branch, or NCAA.  The most efficient way to request and send a transcript is through your GAFutures account (  Students can also complete a Transcript Request Form available in the Counseling Office ($2 per transcript).  Students can pick-up those transcripts or provide an address to which the transcript should be mailed.  It is the students’ responsibility to know your college mailing address.  Pebblebrook Staff will not research mailing addresses.      

 HOPE – Students apply for HOPE through their GAFutures account (  You MUST have a valid Social Security Number on file here at Pebblebrook.  We strongly recommend that you bring in a copy of your Social Security Card to ensure that a valid copy is on file.  Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before being considered for HOPE.  Everything regarding HOPE can be found at

Final Exam Attendance Policy

For students who may be absent from school on May 22nd & 23rd is as follows: 

·        Underclassmen who are not present to take their final exams on May 22nd  & May 23rd will receive a zero (0) in the gradebook for the exam.

·        Students who provide documentation of an excused absence for the final exam dates will be permitted to make up their final exam(s) on May 24th.

·        In accordance with State Board of Education Rule 160-5-1-.10 and O.C.G.A. § 20-2-690.1 the following are considered excused absences:

o   Personal illness

o   Serious illness or death within immediate family

o   Special & recognized religious holidays of observed faith                                       

o   Physical examination for service in Armed Forces

o   External conditions rendering school attendance impossible or hazardous

o   Court Order

o   Voter Registration

o   Parent/Guardian in the Armed Forces has been called to duty for or immediately returned from deployment.

Important Testing Information

 Testing Times: Each test begins precisely at the designated time.  If your bus arrives after 8:00 a.m., then you must arrange transportation to school so you can arrive to your testing location on time.  If your test begins at 11:30 a.m., then you will receive a pass to leave during 2nd block.

 Lunch: You can bring a sack lunch or pick up a sack lunch from the cafeteria.  If your test begins at 8:00a.m., then you will eat lunch after your test is finished.  If your test begins at 11:30a.m., then you can bring your sack lunch to the testing location or pick up a sack lunch from the cafeteria at 11:15a.m. and bring it to the testing location.

Church Entrance: To enter the First Christian Church of Mableton, please use the ramp entrance on the right side of the church.
