Parent Survey

Georgia Parent Survey:

http://apps.gadoe.org/schoolclimate/parents.nsf/Survey.xsp

All parents are encouraged to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey.   The data from this survey will be used as part of the calculation of the State School Climate Star Rating for Smyrna Elementary. The survey contains 24 questions. Parents may complete the survey using personal computers, smartphones or tablets.  For parents who do not have access to the Internet, please contact Ana Riley in the school office.  She will schedule a time for you to come and complete the survey.  Computers will be available during conference week for you to complete the parent survey.   Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis.  Results from the Georgia Parent Survey will not be available to the public and will not be posted online.

Sarah Lowder served as a speech therapist at Smyrna Elementary.  Last spring, all too soon, we lost Sarah to ovarian cancer.  Sarah’s Path has been designed to remember and pay tribute to her. Please see the Sarah's Path website for ways to contribute.

School Information

Please visit Lost and Found for missing coats, jackets, caps, and other items.  Lost and Found is located in the hallway behind the cafeteria stage.  Unclaimed items are donated to MUST Ministries on the last school day of each month.

Due to numerous peanut allergies, Smyrna Elementary is a peanut-sensitive school. We ask that parents not send any food items or snacks containing peanuts or peanut products.
