NEW LEARNING LINKS INFORMATION:

Wheeler High School is proud to offer Learning Links as an after school tutoring and test recovery program on scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays. The second semester sessions will begin on February 7, 2012. The sessions run from 3:40 to 5:00. We offer bus transportation to any student living in our district. Any student who wants to participate in Learning Links must fill out a permission form that can be picked up in the Media Center. We want to take this opportunity to explain what changes are coming this semester and how they will be implemented.

Students wanting to attend a session now will have to sign up ahead of time for each individual session. The sign up forms are located on the www.wheelerlibrary.com website and the link is labeled Learning Links Sign Up. For specifics detailing the changes, please click on the following link: Spring 2012 Session Sign Up Procedures Letter.

On August 10, 2011, the Board of Education adopted revisions to Administrative Rule JE (Student Absenteeism) that include important changes to the protocol.
