No walk-in enrollments on July 31st and August 1st. Enrollments will resume on August 2nd from 8: 00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  

Schedules Now Available

We have gone “Live” in Synergy so that you can now view your schedules online through StudentVUE and ParentVUE.  We are no longer accepting schedule correction requests - the deadline was July 16.  We are continuing to work on the requests that were submitted before the deadline and will contact students at the email provided when corrections are completed.

Remember that we do not adjust schedules after school starts.

Wildcat Daze

Wildcat Daze is Tuesday, July 24!
 9th grade will be from 5-6pm.
10th-12th grade will be from 6-8pm.

Come join PTSA, Academic Booster Club (ABC), sign up for clubs and organizations, get your sports pass, buy a yearbook, and so much more!

Freshman Orientation

What: Learn about what to expect the first few days of school, tour the building, find your bus route, and sign up for clubs, sports and other organizations.
Who: All incoming freshman and their parents
When: Tuesday, July 24th from 4-6pm
: PAC (Performing Arts Center)

Dog Days Run

Please support the 13th Annual Dog Days Run on August 4, 2018.  This is a great way for the Wheeler community to support the East Cobb Rotary, which has been an incredible supporter of Wheeler and our AVID Program.

AP Score Reports

AP Score Reports will be released beginning July 5th - July 9th.  If you have not done so by now, please be sure to set up your College Board account NOW in order to avoid delay accessing your scores when they are released.

LGE Partnering with CCSD

LGE Community Credit Union (LGE) has partnered with the Cobb County School District (CCSD) to support our schools and students.

As a new feature of this partnership, LGE has created "High School Spirit Cards" where each high school in our district will have their own VISA card (Debit or Credit) that contains their unique high school mascot logo along with the logos for LGE and CCSD, as an exclusive partnership.

Wheeler Visitor Policy

We love to see our former students. However, to limit disruptions to the learning environment, we are limiting all former students’ visits to after school (3:30 pm) unless an appointment has been scheduled with the teacher you are visiting and verified by the front office staff.

Beginning Tuesday, May 29th

Certificates of Enrollment:

Students/Parents needing a certificate of Enrollment, (formerly known as Certificate of Attendance), may come in to request it at the Counseling Office. We will need the student's name and address & they must be a student here at Wheeler for 10 days minimum. This is what is needed for a driver's permit/license if the student is under 18 years of age.

Payment of $2 (exact cash only) must be paid upon signing up for the Certificate of Enrollment.

If the address on the ID does not match the student's address in the system, then you will need to bring in two forms of proof of address.

Need a Certificate of Enrollment before the school year ends to get a Driver’s Permit/License?

Students must have filled out a request and pay
the required $2.00 by Tuesday, May 22.

The certificates that were ordered by May 22nd
will be ready for pick up on
Wednesday, May 23.
It will be good for the entire summer. 

If you have a summer birthday and plan on getting your Permit/License, order it now in the Counseling Office.

In Need of Transcripts?

If you are a current Wheeler student in need of an official transcript for college or scholarship purposes, you must request this directly from the Counseling Office. Transcripts may be subject to a $2 fee (cash only).

Former Wheeler students in need of a transcript can request their transcript online 24/7 and pay with credit card via ScribOrder.
