Student Records & Transcripts

CCSD Home Page  >

Are you a CURRENT Cobb student in need of a transcript?

Students/parents should contact the home high school for information regarding obtaining or releasing a student’s transcript. The cost for obtaining a hard copy or electronically releasing a student’s transcript is $2. For more information, see District Administrative Rule JR-R.

Are you a FORMER Cobb student in need of student records?

Student records are held at the last school attended for approximately two (2) years before they are sent to the Records Center for retention. The Records Center, located at 6975 Cobb International Blvd. in Kennesaw, maintains records, including transcripts, of students who have graduated or withdrawn from the Cobb County School District. Students must be 18 years of age or older to obtain records; Parents/Guardians may obtain or authorize the release of records for students under the age of 18.

Note: Marietta City Schools is not part of the Cobb County School System.

Cobb County School District now utilizes the Scribsoft online request program. Click here to make your request.

You may still pay and pick up a copy of your records at our Kennesaw location, but the request must be entered online.
