The 2014 GED® test is made up of four (4) sections and is offered in both English and Spanish:
- Reasoning through Language Arts
- Mathematical Reasoning
- Social Studies

The cost for testing is $40 per test section
(there is a discounted rate for retesting). You must receive
a score of 145 or higher for each of the four (4) sections of the test in
order to receive your GED® credential.

You must bring your
VALID (non-expired) government issued photo ID and a VALID debit/credit card
for payment of fees.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, or MONEY ORDERS.
We provide testing most
Tuesdays, 8AM until 1PM and most Thursdays 8AM until 4PM.
EXACT DATES ARE POSTED ON
If you are 16 or 17 you MUST complete the
requirements set by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) in order to be
eligible to take the tests. Please visit

The Cobb County School District Official Testing CenterTM
cannot give out official GED® test scores. Offical diplomas
and transcripts are mailed directly to the examinee from the Technical
College System of Georgia (TCSG), Office of Adult Education, GED®
Testing Program four (4) weeks after you have successfully completed all
four parts of the test. For additiional copies of these documents
please contact TCSG at (404) 679-1645 or
www.tcsg.edu. (You may print a Transcript Request form directly from the
Scholarship monies are available to assist, those
who qualify, with their exam fee. Contact the Cobb County
