Auxiliary Services is a part of
the Operational Support group that is under the direction of Mr. Gordon
Pritz, Associate Superintendent.
The mission of Auxiliary
Services is the enablement of the Cobb County School District Board of
Education to make sound decisions regarding land purchases and
dispositions, through proper management of all Cobb County School
District land property.
The Auxiliary Services staff
initiates and leads the process of negotiation for new land
acquisitions, rights of way and easements. In addition, the staff
maintains and administers property deed records and land use contracts
for the entire School District.
Auxiliary Services also
negotiates the placement of cell telephone relay transmission towers
that are to be located on Cobb County School District property.
Continuing contract administration and billing needs are handled by the
staff on a day to day basis.
