Georgia Student Health Survey II
The following URLs are to be used by each school to complete the Georgia DOE Needs assessment survey.
It is recommended that students are not asked to
type this long address and for the school to create an easier hyperlink for the
school.
Many schools have created a temporary web page on the
schools web site so kids could simply go to that page and click on their
school's link. I have provided the long address and also created a
hyperlink for each school which you can cut and paste into a web page.
