Through the district strategic planning process, the direction is set for continuous improvement for all schools and the system at
large. The district’s vision and mission are developed through stakeholder input and are systematically reviewed to provide clear
direction for strategic planning. All schools use a common strategic planning template and align their plans to meet long-range
goals set by the Board of Education, as well as district priorities.
