The Cobb County Board of Education (Board) shall employ an attorney knowledgeable and experienced in school law as legal counsel for service in the affairs of the Cobb County School District. The attorney shall be compensated for services rendered. The attorney shall be required to attend such Board Meetings or other meetings where services may be needed. Approved: 9/10/69 |
