STUDENT PHOTOGRAPH/NAME
To receive permission from a parent or
guardian of a student whose image/name you wish to publish, simply click
on the button below and fill in the prompts. An email will
automatically be generated for you to send.
If/When the recipient replies to your
email (either giving or denying permission) it is recommended that you
print a copy of their reply to keep for your records. It will serve as a
confirmation that permission was granted.
Be sure to give the SPECIFIC purpose for which
you are seeking permission.
