RULE:

The Board may from time to time authorize application for federal grants and other federal funds in order to supplement the funds provided by local taxation and the aid offered by the state. Initial applications for federal funds shall be approved by the Board. Thereafter anticipated federal funds from approved federal programs shall be included in the annual budget and their acquisition on a continuing basis shall be based on Board approval of the annual budget.
