RULE:

The educational program shall be established to provide instruction directed toward the student competencies adopted by the Georgia Board of Education. Instruction toward these competencies shall be encompassed at appropriate instructional levels through (l) an elementary educational program involving kindergarten and generally five years of elementary instruction, (2) a middle school program comprised of grades six, seven and eight, (3) a high school program providing a full four-year course of study available for all students.
