RULE:

The Cobb County School District shall provide and maintain a full day kindergarten program for children who meet age, residence and other eligibility criteria for attendance in the Cobb County Public Schools. The kindergarten program shall be organized and operated in accordance with the policies of the State Board of Education. A curriculum that establishes learning objectives which are appropriate for the growth level of the individual child shall be developed and implemented in the kindergarten program.
