To be developed. RULE: The organization for instruction in the Cobb County School District shall be in keeping with the organization for instruction as prescribed by the Georgia State Board of Education and the established policies and regulations of the Cobb County School District. Instructional organization for each local school shall be the responsibility of the principal, consistent with the systemwide philosophy and goals for instruction, the Standards for Public Schools of Georgia, and Standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is also the responsibility of the local school principal to make staff and teaching assignments for personnel which are equitable and instructionally efficient for the school.
