NOTE: The Cobb County School District has rolled out a new feature to automate the reference checking process for certified, local school administrative, classified and substitute applications. Once
an application is submitted, the STAR system will generate an e-mail to your references requesting them to follow a link and complete the reference form for you. Once the form has been returned, Human Resources
will begin the application review process.
