Leadership Academy II for Beginning Administrators
This Academy has been suspended for 2009-10 and replaced with professional learning opportunities for ALL beginning, first year administrators. First year administrators will be contacted by the
professional learning department at the start of the 2009-10 school year and given additional information. This will not constitute an academy; beginning administrators will be supported through mentors,
quarterly meetings and online resources.
The Academy previously known as:
Leadership Academy I for Prospective Administrators
This Academy has been suspended for 2009-10. The Georgia Professional Standards Commission has restructured the route to leadership certification in our state. PSC Rule 505-2-.300 has

the highest, quality-driven training for our teachers aspiring to leadership roles.
