Note: The new Online Consent Form, which must be signed for students to use the Internet, now covers Web 2.0 tools AS LONG AS, the tool’s Terms of Service state that students under 18 and 13 are allowed to use the site with parent permission AND the tool does not require an email address to register. Therefore, this form covers sites such as Edmodo, Showbie, Educreations or Learn Zillion.
