Student Hardship Transfer Procedures
• Please check Schools Accepting
Transfers.
• Please refer to Administrative
Rule JFABC.
• Download a transfer application (see link below) or pick up a copy of the
transfer form at your local school or Central Office.
• Please mail the completed and signed application to address
indicated on the form. You may also FAX or drop off the
application at the Central Office.
• Please fully explain the reason for the transfer request.
(Must fully explain the hardship.)
• Any appeal to applications that have been denied must be in
writing to the Director of Student Activities Office, Policy and
Planning Division. (Please understand that applications will
only be approved when a hardship has been substantiated.)
• Transfers are valid for the time issued only. Acceptable
Behavior, Attendance and a cooperative/productive relationship
between home and school must be maintained in order for
transfers to remain valid.
