Cobb Virtual Academy will allow Personal
Fitness withdrawals,
less a $75 registration fee, through noon on the

prior to the first Personal Fitness Pre-Fitness Session.
After that date, refunds will not be given for
withdrawals. For all other courses, Cobb Virtual Academy will allow withdrawals, less a $75 registration fee, through noon
on the date posted above. |

Mandatory Online Orientation |
Students should complete their online orientation
within 48 hours of receiving the first "Welcome to CVA"
email or May 23 at midnight, whichever comes first.* Students cannot begin their course until
the orientation is complete. Failure to complete the
orientation could result in withdrawal from CVA.
*All Personal Fitness students
must complete their
orientation by Sunday,
May 12,

Orientation, Final Exam,
and Help Session Schedule

Help Sessions |
CVA offers help sessions
at the
CVA Learning Lab
three
days a week (see Help Session schedule below). The
sessions are intended to assist
students with successfully using Blackboard Learning
Management System functions such as submitting
assignments and helping Personal
Fitness students with the use of Polar Watch equipment.
Students may also use the lab to complete coursework.
Limited content specific assistance
is available at the help session.
Technical support for students'
personal computers or the computing environment in which
they access their CVA course is the responsibility of
the student and is not provided at the CVA Help
Sessions.
