v  6th grade Parent Informational Meeting about a Washington DC trip- Tuesday, April 28, at 6:00-6:45 PM

v  6th grade band concert- Tuesday, April 28, at 7:00 PM

v  Rising 6th grade parent night-Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 PM

v  8th grade dance- Friday, May 1 at the Austell Community Center. 7-9 PM.

v Volunteer Appreciation Dinner-Wednesday, May 6, at 6:30 PM in the Media Center.

v 8th grade picnic and field day-Thursday, May 7

v  Cooper Beautification Day- Saturday, May 16-from 8:30-12. (Sponsored by the Beta Club, Student Council and the Men of Cooper)

v 6/7 Honor’s Night- Monday, May 18, at 6:30 PM at Cooper

v 8th grade Rites of Passage- Wednesday, May 20 at 7:00 PM in South Cobb's gym.  Students must arrive by 6:00 PM.

Cooper’s Summer Camps – Rising 6th Grade Camp and STEAM Summer Camp

Both camps will run from 9 am to 12 noon on Monday, June 8 – Thursday, June 11.   Transportation will be provided.  The cost of the camp is free.  Your child/children must be a Cobb County student, zoned for Cooper Middle School.  Students must be a rising 7th or 8th graders to attend the STEAM camp.  Please do not hesitate.  Space is limited at both camps.  The deadline for sign up is Monday, May 4, 2015.
