  • October 16th - 20th - Spirt Week

  •  Monday - Mix N' Match (It's tacky day)

  • Tuesday - Twinning Day (Grab a friend and be a twin.  Wear the same outfit)

  • Wednesday - Character Day (Come as your favorite book or movie character)

  • Thursday - Throw Back Thursday (Go as far back as you want)

  • Friday - Red, White, & Blue Day (Show your electoral spirit it's Student Council Election Day)

  • RULES For Spirit Week:

    If you do not dress up you must wear school uniform.

    No wings or attire that could be distracting or harmful.

    No foam, plastic, wood, etc Weapons of ANY kind.

    Must meet school dress code.

    Must be able to sit in a desk.

  • Tuesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 26th - College Bound Field Trip to the University of West Georgia

  • Thursday, October 26th -  PTSA Dance 4:30-6:00 PM (Students will be allowed to dress in costumes for the dance)

  • Wednesday, November 1st - PSAT (8th Grade Only)

  • Friday ,November 3November 3November 3rd - Academic Assemblies

Colonial Pipeline donates $1,500 to support Cooper's STEM Academy

Cooper Middle School - Named One of the Most Improved Schools in 2016

Cooper was one of several CCSD schools that showed significant improvement on the CCRPI. Cooper increased their score by 8.1 points from last year which was the highest in the county at the middle school level.

National Fluid Power Competition

Cooper's STEM Academy hosted and participated in the National Fluid Power Competition.  Participating schools included Floyd Middle School, Palmer Middle School, and P.B. Ritch Middle School (Paulding County School)
