Charge Codes
Charge code numbers are assigned to each local school
program. Separate charge codes are assigned for equipment
(county-inventoried items), for materials/supplies, and for computer
hardware and software, and for substitute codes. Notification of
charge code numbers is made at the same time as notification of the
current year’s allotment. To receive a charge code from the music
office for substitutes, you must send your absence report form to
the music office for approval and completion of the charge code.
