Administrative Rules Pertaining to the Music

Administrative Rules:Programs enforce rules, procedures, regulations, and guidelines of the county and the local school.  If the decision is contrary to your view, your professional and ethical choice should be to support the decision that has been made.

GBAA Sexual Harassment Employee Harassment see exhibit
GBEA Staff Ethics Endorsements of one product or service over another, advertising, solicitation of sales or services are prohibited in your relations with parents and students.  No commissions from any source may be accepted.  
GCRD Tutoring for Pay Private lessons may not be taught for money to a student while he/she is enrolled in your course.  You may use school facilities for private teaching only through the booster club as a fundraising project.

GBRIAB Directed Leave Professional Leave to attend meetings and activities as a school representative  
GBNA Employee Transfer An employee may apply for a transfer to another school if he/she meets the transfer requirements and has been recommended for employment for the next school year.

IFACA Student Fees, Fines, and Charges This policy states that students may not be charged fees as a condition of enrollment or full participation in the instructional program. see form
IFAD Adherence to Copyright Laws Copyright laws cover both print and non-print media (e.g., octavo scores, audio and video tapes, CD recording, and software).
