Please keep in mind that to remain as an active Food Service Substitute, you must work at least once in a 6 month period.  For example, between the beginning of school in August and the holidays in December, you must work at least once in the cafeteria. 

 If you are removed as a Food Service Substitute, you must attend another food service training session before being authorized to work again.

I am no longer interested in working as a Food Service Substitute. I understand that if I wish to return as a Food Service Substitute that I must reapply and attend a Food Service Substitute training session.
