The following information will be REQUIRED to complete the STAR Online Application Process:
Ø Previous work experience, including dates of employment, name, phone number of supervisor.
Ø Summary of duties/responsibilities while employed.
Ø Email address of supervisor(s).
Ø In order to be considered for employment with CCSD, you must provide three (3) of your most recent professional references. To use the Electronic referencing, you will need to provide the email address of your professional references. One of the professional references must be from your most recent supervisor/principal. The other two can be from previous supervisors and/or co-workers. We suggest that you advise your references beforehand that they will receive a reference e-form from CCSD to complete and return. To expedite the process, you should also ask your reference(s) to remove any spam security blocks.
Personal References will not be accepted.
Ø Educational information (name of college, degree earned, dates attended).
Ø Personal email address is highly recommended to enter on your online application to receive future correspondence and updates from Cobb County School District HR Department. If you do not have an email address, email addresses are available for free through www.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com.
Ø Detailed information if you have ever been convicted by federal, state or other law enforcement authorities or pleaded nolo contendere for violation of any federal law, state law, county or municipal law, regulation or ordinance. You must include any offense for which a fine of $200 or more was imposed. (Do not include any offense that occurred before your eighteenth birthday.)
