Early Release Schedule For May 23, 24
All Cobb County students will be dismissed early for the final two days of the school year, Wednesday, May 23 and Thursday, May 24. The early release schedule for each academic level is as follows:

Elementary Schools: Students released at 12:30 p.m.
(After-School Programs begin immediately after dismissal)
Buses will begin their normal routes at the early dismissal times for each level. These early release times have been added to the Cobb County School District master calendar, available to view and sync with your smartphone at www.cobbk12.org/generalinfo/calendars.

Birth Certificate Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) Hearing, Vision, and Dental Form (Form 3300) Social Security Card OR Social Security Waver form (2) Proofs of CURRENT Residency

Congratulations to Dowell's Odyssey of the Mind Teams!
Congratulations to Dowell's Odyssey of the Mind teams who placed third and second at the state tournament in Columbus! The Odyssey Angels teams will be going on to represent Dowell and the state of Georgia at the World Finals in Iowa later this month. Over the next few weeks they will be doing several fundraisers and collecting donations to raise the $1,000 per student needed to get to Iowa. One of the big fundraisers will be a movie night for the community on May 11th from 6:30 - 9:30. Any donations or support that you can provide to help them achieve their goal would be greatly appreciated!
