Information Coming Home Soon!

Hello Eastvalley Family,

Sunrise Sharpen the Saw is back! The program is for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students. This program will help students improve with fitness and academics.  You do better in class when you're physically fit, especially when you get a cardio workout before you sit down at your desk.  Your brain is kind of like the internet - made up of circuits that handle all your information. When you work cardio before class, you turn up the speed of the internet. Please encourage your child to participate!  We will start Monday, August 17 from 7:20 to 7:45!  If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thanks,

Coach Albert
