Welcome to the Exceptional Education Team page! Please expect a telephone contact from your child's case manager within a week. We are looking forward to a wonderful and productive school year.
News and Information
Parents please look forward to receiving your parental rights each and every time there is a formal meeting with your child's case manager. Please make sure to sign and send back any notification forms to your child's case manager.
Every year there will be an IEP meeting where your child's teachers, case manager, general education teacher and yourself will meet to discuss goals and objectives, current function, placement, any accommodations/ modifications needed and any other changes to your child's IEP.
Remember any decision that is made during an IEP meeting is a committee decision and yes, you as the parent are part of the committee!
