Welcome to the Lindley 6th Grade Academy Fine Arts page! The Fine Arts Department at LSGA includes Band, Chorus and Orchestra. Each are year long courses which means students cannot change classes at any time during the year. All of the programs at LSGA are beginning programs and no experience is necessary for students to participate. There are limited after school activities so students who wish to participate in extracurricular activities such as football, basketball and cheerleading may do those activities as well as participate in a Fine Arts class. Also, the 6th grade Fine Arts classes are connected to the Lindley Band, Chorus and Orchestra programs at the 7/8 building. The other middle schools in the district are grades 6-8. Lindley is unique in that its 6th graders meet in a different building, but are a part of the same program and have the same directors just as the other 6th graders in the county.
