Georgia
Superintendent of Schools Kathy Cox spent time with teachers,
students and administrators at Lindley Middle School and
Pebblebrook High School on March 22. Accompanied by Cobb
Superintendent Fred Sanderson, Mrs. Cox discussed new
statewide curriculum changes with teachers and participated in
classroom discussions at both schools.
In Erin Gable's eighth grade Social Studies class at Lindley,
Mrs. Cox engaged students in discussing the Civil War and the
differences between federal and confederate governments. She
also sat in with math, biology and geography classes and met
with large groups of teachers from both schools.
