Superintendent Fred Sanderson has drafted a
plan to consolidate the Cobb County School District’s purpose, goals and
activities into four distinct messages. The plan, called the District
FOCUS, has four key elements;
• Our primary purpose is to focus on Student
Achievement.
• The District believes in strong Leadership Development among
administrators and teachers.
• As the 2nd largest school district in the state, it is
vital the District demonstrates sound Fiscal Responsibility.
• Enhancing communications efforts will help establish
strong relationships with our students, parents, and community members.
