For the 3rd year in a row Osborne High School is taking students to Jekyll Island for a field experience in ecology and biology. We are looking to take 30 science students on this once in a lifetime trip. Students will spend almost every waking hour engaged in hands on life science studies meant to teach, reinforce and expand their understanding of ecology and biology. Students taking biology and environmental science are most encouraged to go but any science student can attend this field trip.

Specific details are:

• Feb 3rd thru 5th 2010. leave 5am on the 3rd return 7pm on the 5th. Three days of school are missed.
• Deposit of $75 dollars to be collected no later than sometime in November. Total cost has not been determined yet.
• The first 30 deposits collected are the 30 students who will be going.
• Only students passing all of their classes may attend
