Information and Technology Resources
The Media Center is the hub for information and technology services at Pine Mountain Middle School. We are happy to provide a variety of resources (including books, magazines, and networked computers) for students and staff to use in their academic and leisure pursuits. Be aware that our computers currently operate on Windows Office 2010 version.

Check Out Policy
Students may check out two books for three weeks, with the option of renewing if more time is needed. Students may renew books once an account has been created in Destiny. If a book is not returned on time, we do not charge fines, but we do require the return of overdue materials before anything else is borrowed. If a book is lost or damaged, we must charge the replacement cost of a "library bound" copy of the book. Replacement costs can be found on Destiny. Reference books may be checked out once for a maximum of 5 days.

The media staff is often asked for suggestions/recommendations for a "good" book or for help finding the next book in a series. We would like to offer the following websites to aid in your search:

What should I read next?
