New! Cobb Parents Able to Update Student, Family Info on Electronic Device

Starting April 1, Cobb Schools parents will be able to log in to their ParentVUE account to update their family information.  The new platform is available to enrolling Cobb parents and will enable the enrolling adult to digitally update their email, phone numbers, address, and contact information for their student via an electronic device.  This new platform was created to eliminate the need for the enrolling adult to come to the school to complete this information. If an enrolling adult does not have a ParentVUE account, the enrolling adult can contact the school principal for their login information during this time of digital learning.

Here’s What to Do Once Logged in to ParentVUE:

  • Select your student.
  • Scroll down to the tab on the left side and select Change My Information.
  • If you have an address change, you will need to upload Home Ownership documentation or Lease/Rental Agreement and a current utility bill.  The address will not be changed for the student in the system until the proofs of residency have been verified by the local school.
  • If your new address is listed outside of the current school’s feeder pattern, you will need to apply for a Continuation of Enrollment Transfer for your student to remain at the current school for the remainder of this school year.
  • If you temporarily reside with another person and the proof of residency is in the name of someone other than the enrolling adult or their spouse, you will need to complete Form JBC-2 Statement of Legal Residence for the school. The Spanish version is available here.

Some information is locked in ParentVUE, requiring the enrolling adult to contact the local school for additional paperwork to make the necessary changes.  For additional questions, the enrolling adult should contact their child’s local school.

Food Pantries in Cobb Schools

Cafeteria Payments

Please check your student’s My Payments Plus account at regularly to ensure there is sufficient money to receive a meal, as well as to clear up any possible negative balance.

If your student is returning to Pope High School or any Cobb County school next year, any money on their lunch account as of May 20rd will rollover to next school year.  If your student is graduating or leaving Cobb County School District and has a positive balance left in the lunch account, you have three options to explore.

  1. The first option is to request a transfer of the remaining balance to any other student you may have at Pope High School or any other Cobb County Public School.
  2. The second option is to request a refund of the balance left in the lunch account.
  3. The third option is to donate the remaining balance left in the lunch account to the CCSD’s lunch donation account.  This account helps to cover the cost of school lunch for students that may not have enough in their lunch accounts.

An electronic refund request form Is now available on the FNS website.  Please visit the FNS website at:
