Facility Use Forms for
The mission of the Volunteer Center is to encourage student involvement in
activities which benefit the Pope community through service
projects or activities of
High School clubs and
organizations. The student must not be compensated in any
material way. To protect the integrity of this mission, only
activities and/or projects within Pope clubs and organizations
will be accepted for service hour credit.
These hours should be submitted by the individual student
with the sponsor signature.
Thirty hours per year (average) with a minimum of 120
cumulative hours over the 4 years are required to be eligible
for an honor cord at graduation.

Please pick up Physical Form from the front office. This is a Pope specific
form that must be filled out to participate in sports at Pope High School
The student fee sheet is designed as a convenience for you to pay for common
items available to all students. There will be other opportunities to pay
for some of these items throughout the fall, but please check with the
appropriate teacher or staff member for any deadlines, particularly PSAT
test fees and vocabulary book/writing fees. There will also be required fees
that are subject-specific, as well as various club dues.
Student Fee Forms will be
available at GREYHOUND MADNESS upon entrance to cafeteria. PLEASE make
sure you have the correct form for your student’s grade.
Make sure the student’s name
and student ID are printed LEGIBLY.
Check your addition.
Please pay student fees with
cash or check payable to POPE HIGH SCHOOL – please provide check for
each student. Separate checks will be required for purchases made to
PTSA, PHS Foundation, Pope HS Cafeteria-Lunchroom accounts, Spirit
Store, and/or Baccalaureate donation.
After Greyhound Madness, student fee sheets will be
available in the PPO office and Front Office. Please include payment with the form in an envelope and give to
student’s AO teacher or turn in to the Front Office – Attn: Bookkeeper. A
receipt will be returned to your student via his/her AO teacher.
