Georgia Parent Survey

Dear Rocky Mount Parents,
The State Department of Education is administering a Georgia Parent Survey for the 2014-2015 school year.  Data from this survey will be used to calculate the School Climate Star Rating within the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI). We value your input and would like for you to take 5 to 10 minutes to take this 20 question survey.

The link to the Georgia Parent Survey is posted below.  After you click on the link, a drop-down menu will appear and you will use the menu to select our school district (Cobb) and then our school (Rocky Mount Elementary).  You can complete the survey using a personal computer, smartphone, or iPad.  Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis.  Data results from the Georgia parent Survey will not be available to the public and will not be posted online.

Please complete the survey by March 9, 2015.

Parents with children at multiple schools should complete one survey per school.
