Rocky Mount Chorus

Our Rocky Mount Chorus, under the direction of Mr. Geocaris, received all “SUPERIOR” ratings from the three judges at the Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE). The chorus was commended for their tone quality, balance & blend, 2-part harmony singing, and their stage presence. Before going on stage, Mr. Geocaris reminded the chorus that the most important thing about what they do is not judges’ score sheets, but rather the journey they take along the way:  the hard work, the lessons learned, the ways in which they grow, and most importantly that they enjoy the time they have to make music together.   Having the judges at LGPE recognize our students with a “superior” rating is a true testament to the character, work ethic, and musicality they possess. Congratulations MR. GEOCARIS and our AMAZING Rocky Mount Chorus!
