PTA Board and Volunteers !!!

With each new year, our teachers set the highest standards for academic achievement and our students rocket right past them to new heights.
They are truly "Soaring toward the future!"
How lucky are we that they are OUR future!
At Sope Creek, PTA is an active part of everyday school life.  We are fortunate to be a part of the largest child advocacy group in the country.

The Mission of the PTA:

Top support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations to make decisions affecting children.

To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children.  To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.

The Purpose of the PTA:

To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community and place of worship.

To raise the standards of home life.

To bring into closer relation the home and school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.

To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantage in physical, mental and spiritual education.

If you would like to share a part of your culture with our students, or volunteer in any way please contact us.
